Background: This is in reference to checking spam on Facebook posts. Posts should only be positive and not pose any negative energy.

Purpose: This is to provide an overview of how to spot spam found in Facebook posts, namely D.I.V.A. University and BOSS D.I.V.A. UNIVERSITY MEMBERS ONLY.

Contacts:

Related Standards and Procedures:

  • Moderate Facebook posts to make sure posts are related to the Divahood program and no promotional/spam posts are posted
  • Make sure students with technical questions are addressed offline.
  • Notify Aimee of any negativity or negative members

Procedure:

  1. Open the Facebook app.
  2. Go to the FB groups, D.I.V.A. University and BOSS D.I.V.A. UNIVERSITY MEMBERS ONLY.
  3. Check first the BDU & DU Accountability chat. See to it that posts are about the Divahood program, and there are no spam or promotional posts. Anything that does not adhere to this must be reported to Aimee. Inform her via Slack if someone is posting and spreading out spam messages.
  4. Track both FB groups whether there are any unnecessary posts that are far from the program/unrelated to it. Track the technical questions being asked if there are any, and ensure they are addressed offline, meaning via message or email.
  5. Again, inform Aimee Moranda via Slack if someone is spreading out negativity instead of uplifting each other.
